A gentle invitation throughout the year. The retreat is just one part of the story.

No homework, no pressure, no falling behind. Just handwritten notes, thoughtful gifts worth over $300, and a circle of women growing together throughout the year.

Imagine arriving at the beach already knowing the women around your table. You’ve exchanged notes, shared encouragement, prayed for one another, and grown in your walk with the Lord. Instead of gathering for one beautiful weekend and going your separate ways, you’ll have a year of connection behind you and a community to carry with you long after November.

That’s the heart behind Harvest. A gentle invitation to grow deeper with God and one another, at a pace that makes room for real life.

"What I’m most looking forward to is the opportunity to step into more enriching, intentional community: a year of deepening our roots together, and then seeing that growth witnessed by one another at the Harvest retreat." Bethany, Host and founding Harvest woman

What a Year of Harvest is

A gentle rhythm of touch points.

A few moments throughout the year that remind you God is near and you’re not walking alone.

A circle of women, gathered by the sea in November.

The same women who’ve been cheering for you all year, now in the same room.

Gifts and encouragement that find you.

Personal handwritten notes, devotionals, journals, letters and other things to wear and enjoy around your home that show up in your mailbox on ordinary days.

Gatherings you can join as you’re able.

Video teachings and small groups, with recordings and resources if life gets full.

A place to dwell in the Lord’s presence.

Scripture, worship, and prayer you can take at your own pace.

What it isn't

Not a program to keep up with.

There’s no homework and nothing to fall behind on.

Not an intense commitment.

You won’t be asked to report, perform, or prove anything.

Not another thing on your to-do list.

Everything is an invitation, and you take what you need.

Not a pressure to be somewhere you’re not.

Whether you’re thriving, tired, or just showing up, you’re welcome as you are.

You'll be in good hands.

This year, your retreat doesn’t start in November. It starts the day you say yes.

Our retreats are our weekend of rest, worship, and friendship in WaterColor, and now they're surrounded by a full year of care. You’ll walk toward November with a host team praying specifically with you, a small group of women growing alongside you, and real mail in your mailbox.

You’ll arrive already known. And you’ll go home with a plan to keep going deeper with Him.

The best things take a season to grow. This is why we have created Harvest.

Why We Have An Application

Why We Have An Application

Harvest is a year of gentle touch points leading to a weekend by the sea. Because the women in the room shape the experience for one another, we limit Harvest to 50 women and ask each to apply. This helps us get to know you, thoughtfully place you in a small group, and care for you well.

There are no wrong answers. The application takes about 10 minutes, and you’ll hear back within 3 business days. Your spot is reserved once you complete the booking and payment process.

Founding year pricing starts at $2,300, with payment plans as low as $167/month.

Join us from the beginning.

Our founding women will receive special bonuses, including our first December gift mailing (valued at $50+), an intimate first video gathering, a bonus handwritten note from Britt, a small-group note exchange, and bonus teaching and worship videos.

Founding pricing and bonuses are available through November 30.

Frequently Asked Retreat Weekend Questions

What Sets This Retreat Apart

Our retreats pull on the hearts of women with the common desire to sit with the Lord for a weekend, in belief that He has good things for them.

As a result we attract an incredible group of women from all over the country with varying life experiences that all value learning from one another. Our guests not only value what they believe God has for them but they also value being a part of the experience for others.

What Sets This Retreat Apart

Our host team is hand selected because each woman leading this weekend carries the presence of the Lord.

We believe our host team is divinely called for their place of leadership over the weekend to facilitate small group discussions and be an extension of the Father’s love for our guests!

What Sets This Retreat Apart

We pray over every guest and detail of the weekend. We see God’s faithfulness.

Our destination is a charming beach town with walkable access to the beach, pool club, neighborhoods full of character, the Chapel at Seaside, and a town with food trucks, coffee shops, book / record stores, and more!

What Sets This Retreat Apart

Moments of worship are thoughtfully woven throughout the schedule.

Whether we are with a live worship leader singing over us as a group or praising God through individual times of rest on the beach, worship is an intentional part of our weekend that honors the Lord. He meets us in our worship.

WHAT SETS OUR RETREATS APART

What our guests have to say about past retreat weekends

Having open and honest conversations with myself and my God really helps improve my perspective, motivation, and daily fundamentals — and helps me to finish the year strong! The group of amazing women that attend with me are just an extra bonus because it makes for a perfect weekend that is both needed and wonderfully restful…inside and out!

– Holly

I could immediately feel the amazing balance between vacay vibes and peace and rest. I felt a shift in the Spirit and it brought peace on the inside of me. I could feel all the prayers that have gone into this retreat that made it such a basking place of His presence. That was what brought the change! His spirit changed, prompted me, spoke to me, loved on me, and pointed out the places where I still need to surrender. It was a beautiful time!

– Amelia

This was the best women's spiritual retreat that I've ever attended! Britt and her team did such an amazing job of planning and preparing all the details (theme, discussions, schedule, worship, meals, music, location) so that I could just show up and receive everything that God had for me that weekend, including time to rest. I met so many wonderful women and loved hearing their stories. I left feeling refreshed, encouraged and blessed.

– Helen

I was terrified going into an unknown situation with a group of women that I didn’t know. Friendships are hard as an adult and being vulnerable is scary. However everyone was so welcoming and gracious and best of all...different! Everyone comes from a different walk of life. What better way to learn from one another?! To be in an environment where we can talk about Jesus and share our experiences is nothing short of amazing.

– Julia

A safe place for ALL to come and be a part of.  A place to grow in the spirit,  reconnect with the Father and create lasting relationships with other women. At the beginning, the woman may arrive as strangers but leave as family and sisters in Christ.

– Freda

This retreat was a breath of fresh air. To come together and be able to make meaningful connections is something special. It's the perfect balance between structure and fun. I came into the weekend feeling very empty, broken and far from God. I was able to see and feel His love for me in such a sweet tangible way. It truly was the biggest blessing to meet new people and two days later call them dear friends. Forever grateful for this experience.

– Ali

We can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for this group of Harvest Women in 2027.
