A Note From Britt
For ten years, this ministry has been formed by obedience—listening, responding, and trusting God to shape the work through faithful action.
As Wheat and Honey Co. celebrates its tenth year, it feels intentional that God has given vision for something new: a sacred, small retreat space rooted in listening, formation, and discernment. Consecrate is a faithful next step—an invitation to slow down, set ourselves apart, and respond to God with intention.
Both Retreats Flow from the Same Heart
Both retreats nurture community and spiritual growth, but invite women into different rhythms:
Behold: A Fellowship Retreat – outward, celebratory, expansive
Consecrate: A Formation Retreat – inward, contemplative, intimate
They are complementary, not competitive—offering two distinct ways to encounter God.

Consecrate: A Formation Retreat

Step away into a quiet, intimate weekend designed for reflection, discernment, and personal alignment with God. Spiritual formation is at the heart, with meaningful community woven throughout.

- Closing Commitment & Integration Exercise, leaving with the thought: “Consecrate changed how I listen to God.”

Consecrate Schedule Preview
🌿 Thursday | Arrival & Welcome
Arrive, settle into the space, and exhale. We’ll gather for a nourishing welcome dinner, followed by a gentle evening reflection and guided meditation to set the tone for the weekend.
🕊 Friday | Listening & Stillness
Morning meditation, Scripture teaching, and small group discussion. The afternoon is open for personal reflection, rest, or quiet walks. We’ll gather again in the evening to share, pray, and listen together.
✨ Saturday | Deepening & Devotion
Morning prayer, teaching, and guided reflection. The afternoon remains spacious for journaling, solitude, or rest. We’ll close the day with a candlelight reflection—quiet, reverent, and deeply grounding.
🚪 Sunday | Sending & Blessing
A final morning devotion and farewell before departing refreshed, aligned, and attentive to God’s invitation ahead.

- Guests: 8–20 women, 3–6 hosts
- Meals: 5 chef-prepared and catered meals (with some open time for quiet)

- Not Included: Travel to and from the weekend

Both Behold and Consecrate flow from the same heart of community and spiritual formation, but they invite you into different rhythms.
Choose Behold if you’re longing for shared worship, celebration, and connection in a larger community.
Choose Consecrate if you’re craving stillness, discernment, and a slower, more intimate formation experience.
Neither replaces the other—each simply meets a different season of the soul. These retreats are not about choosing “better” or “deeper,” but about responding to the season you’re in.
