Revolutionary Love - Rejection

Revolutionary Love - Rejection

Have you ever been or felt rejected? It’s a painful word, isn’t it? A word that may appear in multitudes of different forms. A word that sneaks in an enticement of lies entangling you to believe you couldn’t possibly be worthy in anyone’s eyes.

So how can we move forward and combat these lies? With truth.
The way, the truth, and the life --- with Jesus, on our side.

“As you come to him, a living stone rejected by men but in the sight of God chosen and precious” 1 Peter 2:4 (ESV)

Jesus was rejected by men. Not just any men, but even his friends and followers. Yet, it never steered Him off of His purpose and mission. He knows your pain - He’s lived it. To a depth far greater than we could know.

I’m fighting to tell you this is absolutely not your end. This is just the battleground preparing you for your revival. You may have been struck down, but scripture says you can never be destroyed. Take your hurt to the Healer. He loves you, and has a mighty purpose for you. Surrender the broken pieces, and let His reparation begin --- starting from within.

“Persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed;”
2 Corinthians 4:9 (ESV)

But we have a limitless God who has the power to move and flood the open spaces for His glory to reign. We have opportunity to overflow into the lives of others when we’re fi...

From Empty to Overflow: Refill

We have a beautiful promise from Jesus that He will fill us back up and refresh our spirit by giving us peace and joy. First, we’re instructed to take action by trusting and remaining open so He can flow in. What does it look like to have Jesus meet you where you’re at to show up and refill you back up?
