Creation was not a random act, but a deliberate expression of God's purpose.
Revelation 4:11 NIV "You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being"
Our motivators fuel every decision we make. Motivators are the starting point for how we love ourselves and how we love others. When we think about it, our motivations are what fuel how we live. The things that are motivating our life choices, our steps, should align with our access to heaven. In Revelation 4, we read about John’s sight to an open door to heaven and a beckoning to come up. Once in heaven, he sees God seated on a throne surrounded by 24 other thrones. In front of God’s throne is a sea of glass and four living creatures. When the living creatures praise God, the elders fall down and worship Him.
Whether you find yourself at a life decision or in the middle of the mundane, we have a choice to evaluate our motives. Heavenly access and heavenly perspective are ours.
Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is, and is to come. Revelation 4:8 NIV
Our motives match the heart of God when sought out through our heavenly access and a perspective of heaven.
