We have heard ample feedback from past guests that the hardest part is dedicating the time for yourself. But it’s oh-so-needed. There should be no guilt associated with making this choice regardless of what culture advertises.
Matthew 11:28 ‘Come to me, all who labor and are weary, and I will give you rest’. Could this be more clear? Jesus is asking us to let Him take the reins. He’s asking us to draw near to Him in intimate connection. The moving visual for me is tangibly handing over what has been weighing me down and letting His strength be on full display.
